After school in Leipzig, Suse Marquardt studied history and german in Berlin, worked as a gallery owner and for daily and weekly newspapers.

Through side jobs, she made contacts in the film industry and from the mid-90s worked in various assistants roles on the sets of major cinema and TV productions.

In 2001, she set up her own office. since then she has cast over 160 motion pictures and tv movies.

After school in Hamburg, Maren Friedrich studied culture history and trained as a media designer and worked for years at radio stations and media agencies.

In 2015 she started took up the role of Casting Associate for Suse Marquardt. She is the communications head of the company

Maren Friedrich also works independently as a Casting Director for selected projects.

After school in Berlin, Babet graduated from the German Literature Institute Leipzig and a published author (books & short stories).

She worked as social media manager and as a booker for children's and youth agency as well.

Since 2019 she has been working as a casting assistant for Suse Marquardt and as an independent casting director for children and young people.

in 2020 she founded her agency Krägermann, which supports children, teenagers and young adults in their acting careers.
